Kaddish and the Ethics of Honor

Kaddish and the Ethics of Honor

An exploration of real-world moral dilemmas that stem from the sacred tradition of reciting Kaddish:

  • Does an undeserving parent or person merit the gift of kaddish or other posthumous honors?
  • How do we resolve conflicts over who should receive yartzeit or other communal honors?
  • Is it ethical to receive payment for saying kaddish or for performing other moral duties?

Tuesday, December 2 | 12-1pm
Approved for 1-Hr Ethics

Held in person as part of our monthly CLE Lunch 'n Learn at Two Penn Center, 3rd Flr Conference Room (lunch available upon request) and via ZOOM
