Rabbi Ephraim Goldfein, Esq.
Rabbi Goldfein is an ordained rabbi and seasoned attorney with over 30 years of national experience in complex litigation, particularly in personal injury and medical-legal cases. In his many years of experience, he has also witnessed and dealt with the issue of emotional abuse. He has defended hundreds of cases at trial and on appeal, often providing strategic litigation planning in high-stakes matters. Known for his engaging CLE presentations across Pennsylvania and New York, including for the Institute for Jewish Ethics, Rabbi Goldfein combines legal expertise with Talmudic and ethical insight. He earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Columbia University. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and U.S. District Courts in Pennsylvania and New York, Rabbi Goldfein holds an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating.
