Presently, Scott is a partner in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department, and previously was an Assistant United States Attorney, a senior deputy chief counsel to the Governor, associate counsel to the President of the United States.

Rabbi Grossman is a recognized expert in Jewish financial law, serving as a dayan (judge) with several Jewish courts.
